Since we have arrived at the hospital. Staff have been throughly accomodating and kind every step of the way. And have answered questions and kept us in the loop at every point.
Suggested improvements
Hot chocolate was not bad, but from what I have heard the coffee are not great. :) - Better sign posting around the hospital esp. parking.

Staff were friendly and caring and on the ball./nMade us feel safe and reassured as about her procedure. Service has been a slick operation./n- Food and beverage lady was thoughtful and kind./nOnly thing - better sign posting to the building.
